TrueWin Contacts: How to Reach Us and How We Will Answer
We keep our contact channels few and their jobs clear. Live chat inside the platform for anything urgent. Email for anything that should leave a record. A Help Center with a FAQ for the questions asked most often. Our social media accounts for everyday matters. And one address, separate from the rest, for questions about personal data. This page explains each of them in our own words, says what we can and cannot help with, and – because it saves everyone time – names the details we have not published rather than leaving readers to search for them. Before any of that, the reminder we place at the top of every page on TrueWin Casino: online betting and casino play are not permitted in every jurisdiction, and we ask every person to confirm independently that such activity is lawful where they are before registering, depositing or playing. Our team can explain our rules. It cannot answer that question for you.
Our Channels
Everything we publish about how to reach us fits in one table.
| Channel | Use it for | What we have not published |
| Live chat, inside the website and mobile application | Login trouble, quick cashier questions, switching on a deposit limit | Operating hours; languages spoken by agents |
| [email protected] | Verification documents, cashier investigations, self-exclusion requests, complaints | Response time for ordinary tickets |
| Help Center | Complaints around the clock; the FAQ on accounts, betting and payments | – |
| Our social media accounts | General questions that involve no personal data | Which networks |
| [email protected] | Personal-data questions and rights requests | – |
We do not publish an inbound telephone number; phone appears in our terms only as one of the ways we may contact you about changes. Communications connected with the terms are in English. Whichever channel you choose, have your username ready – the phone number or email verified at registration – because it is the first thing we will ask for.
Before You Write to Us
A complete first message is answered in one pass; an incomplete one starts a correspondence. Five things make a message complete:
- Your username – never your password, which no member of our team needs or will request;
- One sentence on what is wrong or what you need;
- The reference – a wager ID, a transaction reference, or the date and time of what happened;
- What you have already tried, so we do not repeat it;
- Any documents we have asked for, attached rather than described.
Two minutes spent on this list is two days saved on the reply. We mean that literally.
What We Handle
Our terms describe the work of the support desk, and the list is broader than most people expect:
- profile access, forgotten usernames and login problems – password resets run through the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page first;
- identity verification and the documents it requires;
- cashier operations, including withdrawals processed within five business days and the AED 5 fee per transaction;
- bet cancellation requests – with the reminder that a confirmed wager cannot be cancelled;
- explanations of voided bets and settlement questions;
- activation of deposit limits and self-exclusion, including exclusions requested by email;
- reports of a compromised login or a lost or stolen payment card.
Anything outside the list can still be asked. It may simply take a little longer to reach the right person, so say early if it is unusual.
What We Will Never Ask
One rule protects you more than any other, and we state it in our terms: we never request bank details by email, text message or telephone. Not once, not for any reason. We may contact you by phone, email or social media to flag a change to the terms or the Privacy Notice, but such a message will not ask for card numbers, online-banking logins or your password, and it will not send you to a login page through a link. If a message does any of those things, it is not from us… whatever the sender name shows. Ignore it, log in only through the official domain typed into the address bar, report the message through live chat or the support email, and change your password – 8 to 20 characters, upper and lower case, numbers and at least one symbol. Then tell us about any lost or stolen payment card, which our terms ask for in any case.
Privacy Requests
Questions about personal data have their own address, [email protected], and we ask that they go there rather than to general support. That address covers how we gather, store, share and use data, requests under the rights our Privacy Notice lists – information, access, rectification, erasure with exceptions, restriction, portability, complaint to a regulator where one applies, and withdrawal of consent, all free of charge – and questions about decisions we take automatically, such as eligibility or fraud checks. Name the right you are exercising and include enough account detail for us to confirm it is you; we cannot act on a data request from someone we cannot identify. Where an exception covers part of a request, our reply will say which part and why. Sending it to the right address first is the fastest route to an answer.
Complaints
We accept complaints on a 24/7 basis by email or through the Help Center and treat them as a category of their own. We do not name an external dispute-resolution body on the official website; the law governing our terms and the courts with jurisdiction are identified in the Terms of Use, and that is the formal route beyond us. What we ask is that a complaint be written like a document: the facts with dates, the reference involved, what our terms or Game Rules say on the point if you know, what has already been discussed in chat, and the outcome you seek. Request a written reply in the same message. Calm wording is read more carefully than heated wording, here as anywhere.
The “Talk to Us” Route
One link stands apart from every other channel on this page. In our responsible gaming section, “Talk to us” leads to our team for anyone experiencing adverse effects of gaming. The same section holds a fourteen-question self-assessment; five or more “yes” answers are, in our own reading rule, the signal to use the account tools – deposit limits by day, week or month, and self-exclusion for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days or a period of your choosing – or to seek professional help. We do not name external help organisations on the official website. Play on our platform is entertainment with financial risk, never income, and a message to that link is the most ordinary request we receive. Send it early.
What to Expect From Us
We do not publish response times for ordinary tickets, so we will not invent one here. What we do commit to in our terms is concrete: withdrawals processed within five business days, complaints accepted around the clock, privacy rights honoured free of charge, and a reply that says which part of a request we cannot grant and why. The table pairs the most common requests with what we need from you to act on them.
| Request | What we need from you |
| Restore a forgotten username | The phone number or email used at registration and identifying details |
| Investigate a withdrawal | Transaction reference, date requested, method used |
| Activate self-exclusion by email | Username and the period you want |
| Exercise a privacy right | The right invoked and identifying account detail |
| Report a suspicious message | The sender, the time and what it asked for |
Give us those and the exchange rarely needs a second message.
Who We Are, and the Final Reminder
Every channel on this page belongs to Coin Technology Projects LLC, holder of commercial licence CN-3762798; our registered particulars, governing law and courts are set out in the Terms of Use. We open accounts only to persons aged 21 or over, one per person, physically located where use of the site is permitted, and we verify identity with documents before any account opens. What we cannot do is decide, for any reader, whether online betting or casino play is permitted in their jurisdiction. That decision comes before registering, depositing or placing a wager, and our terms leave it where it belongs: with you. Everything after it, ask us.
